I do not know why, but After i go away the app and go back in, even right after I transform off my cell phone and switch it back on, when the movies I'm observing are at 4K, it drops frames like crazy!!! It pretty much requires me to close the YouTube app and go back in the movie I was looking at when it took place!??????????? ?????????????? ??????
